Please read our return policy. Email us our return form for Social Media Purchases

-All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date. 

-Original Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
-All items must be returned to us in their original condition.
-Unworn, unwashed, perfume and smoke-free and with tags still attached
-Shoes must be returned with their original shoe box. Please pack the shoe box inside another box as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged.
-We are not responsible for damages due to care of clothing. We highly recommend reading the care instructions before washing or dry cleaning any item.
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
-Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Intimates (bralettes, socks, swim…)
Home + Gift items
Clarence items

DAMAGES:

Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached. 

All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment.
Please contact us immediately at INFO@boutiqueivory.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include you name and order number.  

EXCHANGES:

Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in in which you may use to purchase a new size. 
We cannot guarantee the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department.
